A fusion polypeptide is provided to minimize non-specific immuno-reaction in vivo and optimize the activity by using a hybrid Fc, increase in vivo stability of a physiologically active polypeptide and maintain the activity by coupling an antibody Fc fragment through a linker derived from human albumin to the active polypeptide. A fusion polypeptide comprises an antibody Fc fragment, a linker derived from human albumin linked to a C-terminal of the Fc fragment, and an activated polypeptide, of which an N-terminal is linked to the linker. A host cell transformed by a recombinant vector includes a gene consisting of a nucleic acid sequence coding the fusion polypeptide to prepare the fusion polypeptide. A pharmaceutical composition comprises the fusion polypeptide and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
