A slide-type personal portable terminal is provided to enable a slide hinge unit to receive both side sections of a rail plate while being supported on an inner side of a rear case, thereby stably maintaining a sliding coupled state between a body unit and a slide unit. A slide unit includes a rear case(210) equipped with a through hole(212) and a rail plate(220) mounted on the rear case, and provides a separation slot between an outer side of the rail plate and an inner side of the through hole. A slide hinge unit(300) is interposed to slide on the separation slot by being combined with a body unit, and wherein one side thereof partially receives side sections of the rail plate while the other side is supported on an inner side of the rear case.
