A palm pad for golf is provided to be used together with gloves or independently to prevent a user's palm against shock and friction, to improve the adhesion feeling and to help a user to hit a golf ball correctly. In a palm pad for golf(1), a flexible body(10) is put on a user's palm that comes into contact with a handle of a golf club. A finger insertion hole(20) is formed on the upper part of the body through which one or more fingers of a user are inserted. A crease preventing cut portion(30) is formed on one side of the body to prevent the formation of crease when a user grips the handle of the golf club. A side insertion hole through which a user's thumb is inserted is formed on the body. The finger insertion hole has one or more shapes among an X shape and an oval shape.
