摘要 A superconducting disk resonator, a method of manufacturing the same, and a dielectric anisotropy evaluating method are provided to maintain a high frequency characteristic by preventing a notch on a resonance curve even when using an anisotropic substrate. A superconducting disk resonator(10) includes a dielectric base substrate(21), a disk type resonator pattern(12), and a pair of signal input and output lines(13). The dielectric base substrate has dielectric anisotropy. The disk type resonator pattern is made of superconducting material and formed on the dielectric base substrate. The pair of signal input and output lines are formed on the dielectric base substrate and extend to the disk type resonator pattern in a straight line. The dielectric anisotropy of the dielectric base substrate is oriented at ±90 degrees with respect to the pair of signal input and output lines.
