REFRIGERATING SYSTEM AND AIR CONDITIONER HAVING THE SAME

A refrigerating system and an air conditioner having the same are provided to operate a cooling system effectively during heating operation by supplying refrigerant cooled by an intercooler to an outdoor heat exchanger. A refrigerating system comprises a compressor(11), an outdoor heat exchanger(12), an indoor heat exchanger(21), and an intercooler(30). The compressor is installed to compress refrigerant. The outdoor heat exchanger produces heat exchange with the outdoor air. The indoor heat exchanger exchanges heat between the indoor air and the outdoor air. The intercooler decompresses and expands some of the refrigerant discharged from the indoor heat exchanger, absorbs heat from the rest of the refrigerant discharged from the indoor heat exchanger, and transfers the refrigerant to the compressor.
