A developing cartridge, an image forming apparatus having the same, and a maintenance method for the developing cartridge are provided to separate a charging member module from a main frame to replace or repair a charging member, thereby replacing or repairing the charging member easily. A developing cartridge includes a main frame(110) and a charging member(160). The main frame includes a photosensitive medium(111). A charging member frame(150) includes the charging member and is separably installed in the main frame. The charging member charges the photosensitive medium. The main frame includes plural reference frame grooves(141). The charging member frame includes plural reference frame protrusions(151) inserted to the plural reference frame grooves of the main frame.
