A winding jig, a polygonal coil, and a method of manufacturing the polygonal coil are provided to manufacture the polygonal coils of various shapes by changing the number and arrangement pattern of convex units radially arranged on plates. A winding jig(1) includes a core(15) and plates(12,13). The core is wound with a conductive wire or a single metal wire. The plates are installed at both ends of the core to face each other. A plurality of convex units(14) is radially arranged on at least one of the opposite surfaces of the plates with respect to the end of the core. The convex units are arranged on one or both of the opposite surfaces of the plates. The convex units are bar-shaped, and the number thereof is four.
