摘要 A pixel circuit, a display device, and a driving method thereof are provided to prevent luminance deterioration due to mobility compensation by enlarging a driving voltage level during an illumination period. A pixel circuit includes a driving transistor(121), an illumination element(127), a storage capacitor(120), a sampling transistor(125), and a capacitance element. The driving transistor generates a driving current. The illumination element is connected to an output stage of the driving transistor. The storage capacitor stores information corresponding to a signal level of an image signal. The sampling transistor stores the information in the storage capacitor. One end of the capacitance element is connected to the output stage of the driving transistor. The other end of the capacitance element receives transition information which increases voltage difference between control and output ends of the driving transistor and corresponds to a pulse for starting mobility compensation so as to apply the amount of compensation for the mobility of the driving transistor to the storage capacitor.
