A block vice is provided to generate clamping force from a lower end of a workpiece so that risk relative to coupling force or safety can be removed when a large scale workpiece or a high workpiece is coupled. A block vice(100) is used to fix a workpiece(400). The vice includes a body and first and second support members(130,140). The body is fixed to a bed to be detachable from the bed. The first and second support members are provided at two opposite sides of a central portion of the body. The first and second support members move back and forth with respect to fastening degree of first and second bolts to clamp the workpiece. The body is formed at a top surface thereof with a first bolt through hole into which a first fixing bolt is inserted. The first fixing bolt is coupled to a first guide groove(210). The body is formed at a bottom surface thereof with a first protrusion inserted into a first guide groove of the bed.
