A dust removing apparatus having a humidifying function is provided to increase dust removal efficiency and maintain a pleasant indoor environment, thereby increase convenience of users by performing the humidifying function and removing dust including alien substances such as fine dust contained in the air using a cyclone and water while circulating air in a room. A dust removing apparatus having a humidifying function comprises: a case(101) having an inlet(102), an outlet(103), a control box, and a collecting drawer(105); a suction fan(106) installed on an inner part of the case corresponding to the installation position of the inlet to suck air for removing dust; a supply line(109) for connecting the suction fan to an inlet(108) of a cyclone(107) installed in an inner central part of the case; a water treater(111) installed between an outlet(110) of the cyclone and the outlet of the case to perform a humidifying function while removing again dust remained in air exhausted via the cyclone; and rotors(112) installed on the inlet(108) and the outlet(110) to supply the air into the cyclone while rotating air flowing in the cyclone and exhaust the air from the cyclone while rotating air flowing out of the cyclone, wherein the rotors each includes: a tubular rotor body inserted into inner diameter portions of the inlet(108) and the outlet(110); and twisted rotary fins radially fixed to an inner diameter portion of the rotor body. Further, the water treater comprises a water treatment body and an artificial water wall formed in the water treatment body.
