A coupling device of a plastic waved pipe is provided to improve working efficiency of wrapping a connecting part by forming an inclined adhesive surface at both ends of the seal forming band and a flange surface at a forming pressing cover. A coupling device of a plastic waved pipe comprises the followings: a seal forming band(100) including hanging protrusions(121) formed opposite to each other integrally on a surface(110) of a rectangular sheet of a length of wrapping a circumference of the plastic waved pipe, to be connected to a waved surface(310), and an inclined adhesive surface(130) formed alternately inclined at both ends, to wrap the plastic waved pipe and to be adhered at the end; and a forming pressing cover(200) including a body(210) of a semicircular sectional shape connecting to the seal forming band independently, and a flange surface(220) protruded horizontally from the body, to connect corresponding flange surfaces.
