#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a profiled clamp pierced of an orifice for maintaining operational tensioners of cables, and metallic profiled plates with a small mesh cut in breath into metallic bands of 18 centimeter and length of 100 centimeter. The bands are superimposed on an external surface of gutters, and are riveted with rivets provided with round, square or rectangular washers for fixing the bands on blades. Each cable has an end screwed and fixed on a base of each gutter.
