A lighting apparatus for road safety facilities is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by having a protrusion or groove-shaped pillar coupling unit to be applied to the various road safety facilities without a separate connecting unit. A lighting apparatus(1) for road safety facilities includes a transparent upper body(2) and an opaque lower body. The upper body has a solar collector(21), a first coupling unit(22), and a diffusion pattern(23). The solar collector is obliquely installed in a roof shape. The first coupling unit is vertically protruded from a lower part of the solar collector and has screw threads(221,222) at an end. The diffusion pattern is formed on an inner surface of the solar collector. The lower body has a second coupling unit(31), a containing unit(32), a solar power generating unit(33), and a pillar coupling unit(34). The second coupling unit has screw threads(311,312) coupled with the screw threads of the first coupling unit. The containing unit contains the solar power generating unit. The solar power generating unit is composed of a solar panel having an illumination sensor and a light emitting body(333,333a), a circuit board(334) having a light emitting body(334a), and a battery(335). The pillar coupling unit is installed at a lower part of the containg unit to be coupled with a pillar of the road safety facilities.
