An apparatus for generating power using buoyancy of a buoy is provided to control the speed of a spinning wheel by installing valves and a water meter. An apparatus for generating power using buoyancy of a buoy comprises a water tank(1) and an empty tank. A spinning wheel(2) having a buoy spot partition(3) is formed at a left lower side of the water tank. An upper rotary roller(7) and a lower rotary roller(8) are installed at an upper side and an inside of the water tank, respectively. A wire rope(5) is inserted into buoys(4). The buoys coupled to two ends of the wire rope are locked to the spinning wheel and the rollers. A support is formed in the buoy. A semicircular projection is formed at an upper part and a lower part of the buoy. Two valves(14,16) and a water meter(15) are installed in the water tank. A manhole(18) is installed at a lower side of the water tank. |
