An optical film and a display device comprising the same are provided to reduce or remove a moire phenomenon and a wet-out phenomenon, thereby improving the display quality of the display device. In a color filter(212), a red sub-pixel(212a), a green sub-pixel(212b), and a blue sub-pixel(212c) constitute a single pixel. The pixels are disposed in a periodical pattern, thereby constituting the single color filter. An optical film(228b) has a plurality of prisms periodically arranged. The periodical pattern of the color filter and the periodical arrangement of the optical film cause a moir phenomenon. In order to remove the moire phenomenon, a major axis direction(X1) of the red, green, and blue sub-pixels of the color filter and a longitudinal direction(Y1) of the prism of the optical film are disposed to cross each other at a uniform bias angle. The bias angle is 2 or 88 degrees.
