TOTAL HEAT EXCHANGER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME

A total heat exchanger is provided to prevent deformation of a path by installing corrugated cardboards at an inlet and an outlet of the path, thereby preventing pressure increase resulting from the deformation. A total heat exchanger(40) comprises a plurality of heat exchange members(20) which are stacked vertically. The heat exchange member includes a partition plate(1) and a path forming member(2) which is attached to the partition plate. Sensible and latent heat of two kinds of air are exchanged through the partition plate. The path forming member includes a plurality of frame members(3), rib members(4), and a corrugated cardboard(9). The frame is installed at the edge of the partition plate. The rib members are disposed between the opposed frame members at regular intervals. The corrugated cardboard is configured to at an inlet(5) and an outlet(6) of a path(7) to prevent deformation of the inlet and the outlet.
