<p>A method and an apparatus for improving configuration of serving grants for a user equipment in a wireless communication system are provided to prevent a software error by performing a serving grant update process when a grant message is received. A method for improving configuration of serving grants for a user equipment in a wireless communication system includes the steps of: providing a scheduling grant table, setting a serving grant based on a reference value determined by an absolute grant message when the grant message is received(302); and before setting the serving grant, setting a maximum scheduling grant of the scheduling grant table to be larger than or equal to the optimum absolute grant which is indicated by the absolute grant message(304). The maximum absolute grant indicated in the absolute grant message is determined by the absolute grant comparison table.</p> |
