A laminated type oil cooler is provided to prevent the removal of heat transfer tubes during assembling work by installing a pair of locking members which pass through holes of the stacked heat transfer tubes, thus enhancing assembling ability and productivity. A laminated type oil cooler includes a plurality of stacked heat transfer tubes(10), a pair of locking members(20), and a plurality of support plates(30). Each heat transfer tube has at least one path so that oil passes through the heat transfer tube, with communication holes(12) formed in the opposite ends of the heat transfer tube to communicate with the path. Each locking member is inserted into the heat transfer tubes to pass through the communication holes, and a surface of the locking member facing the center of each heat transfer tube is formed to connect to the path. The support plates are installed between the heat transfer tubes to maintain a constant interval.
