An apparatus for preventing introduction of contaminant to a jack connector for a vehicle audio is provided to improve the reliability of a product by efficiently preventing connection failure from being caused by dust or impurities by using a sliding door. An apparatus for preventing introduction of contaminant to a jack connector for a vehicle audio comprises guides(120) formed at both sides of an opening(110) of a center fascia panel(100) and a sponge(140) installed between the guides. A door(300) having a protrusion(310) is installed between the opening and a jack connector(200) such that the door is slidably shifted along the guides upward in a state in which the door presses the sponge. A knob(320) is integrally formed with the front end of the door such that knob is exposed through the opening.
