An apparatus for measuring composition density of liquid using a spectrometer is provided to increase accuracy of the composition density of chemical liquid by injecting the chemical liquid in a semi-transparent synthetic resin tube and projecting the light through a diffusion lens and a collecting lens. Chemical liquid is supplied into a tube which is installed on a body(10). The body is connected with insertion grooves(12) for inserting a semi-transparent synthetic resin tube(8). First and second stepped groove parts(13,14) are connected with the insertion grooves. Combining bolts(25), which are driven in the insertion grooves, are fixed on the body to support the tube by a tube cap(20). Windows(32) are inserted in two sides of the insertion grooves and at the outside of O rings(30) which are inserted in ring shaped groove parts(13a) at the bottom of the first stepped groove part so that the windows are supported by joint bushings(35) which are combined with combining bolts(36). Covers(50) are screwed to screw parts(16). Lens blocks(41) are installed with a diffusion lens(40) and a collecting lens(40') for collecting the diffused light.
