A ventilation system for heat exchange is provided to decrease thermal variation of air supplied to the interior of a room by installing first and second air mixing parts and a filter member of high efficiency. A ventilation system(1) for heat exchange comprises a case, a heat exchanger(20), a first air mixing part(40), a second air mixing part, a filter member, a partition body, an indoor air return passage, and intake/exhaust fans(18,19). The case includes intake/exhaust holes(11,17), and an indoor blowing fan(50) for discharging air finally filtered to the interior of a room. The heat exchanger, having a diagonal flow path, exchanges a portion of the indoor air re-sucked into the case by driving the indoor blowing fan through a lower part and a side of an indoor air intake hole with the outdoor air flowed through the intake hole. The first air mixing part is mixed with the remained indoor air and the heat-exchanged outdoor air to have a reciprocal thermal balance. The second air mixing part is secondarily mixed with air mixed through the first air mixing part with indoor air re-sucked into the case through the lower indoor air intake hole and performs the reciprocal thermal balance. The filter member finally filters contaminants in secondarily mixed air.
