A server for predicting profit/loss of each teller is provided to present a reasonable teller management plan based on profitability and a profitability simulation result of each teller by classifying profitability calculation subjects into a plurality of groups such as a personal customer group and a PB(Private Banking) customer group, calculating daily profitability of each teller, and simulating future profitability based on the daily profitability. A profitability information receiver(1600) receives profitability information including profit and profit production cost information of each profitability calculation subject from each customer group profitability calculation server for collecting, storing, and managing the profit and profit production cost information in every day. A profit simulator(1610) generates profit/loss statement information, and inputs the generated profit/loss statement information and balance sheet information of a financial facility into a profit simulation model. The profit simulator inputs more than one of sales strategy information, market environment information, balance information, and budget information of a predetermined time point to the profit simulation model through the balance sheet information. |
