摘要 A microstrip transmission line structure and an unequal Wilkinson power divider using the same are provided to implement the 1:N variable division ratio unequal Wilkinson powder divider by installing a variable capacitance unit between an island pattern and a ground layer. In an unequal Wilkinson power divider, a dielectric layer(1) has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. A signal line of a microstrip transmission line is formed on the first surface of the dielectric layer. A ground layer(175) is formed outside the second surface of the dielectric layer so that at least one DGS(Defected Ground Structure)(176) is formed on the second surface of the dielectric layer. At least one island pattern(197) is formed on the second surface of the dielectric layer inside the DGS to be isolated from the ground layer in a DC manner. At least one variable capacitance unit(D) electrically connects the island pattern and the ground layer. An electric transmission characteristic of the microstrip transmission line is varied by varying capacitance of the variable capacitance unit.
