A method and a system for processing the marking of packet charge and point are provided to show charge-free packets or discounted packets to a user by processing a charge-free-mark or a discount mark on a specific portion of an Internet screen, thereby allowing the user to use contents without the expenses of packets. If a contents provider is joined through a WEB/WAP server(302), contents designated by the joined contents provider are stored in a charge-free DB server(303). If a search request is received from a user equipment(304), contents corresponding to the search request are provided to the user equipment from the charge free DB server(305). Herein, charge-free-marked contents are provided to the user equipment or the contents are charge-free-marked in real-time when the contents are provided to the user equipment. The used amount or the used time of the contents used by a user(306) is measured by a packet measurement unit. A charge DB server charges the contents provider for the contents based on the measured used amount or time of the contents(307).
