The herein disclosed electric hybrid boiler is composed of four metal surfaces 10 hermetically united in order to form two heating boxes 6 (panels, bodies or geysers) via a silicon arrangement of resistances 7 set outside these heating boxes (panels) and destined to almost instantly heating up the heating means (glycol or mixture thereof); these heating boxes (panels) are connected to the heat condenser 1 via the piping 11 recycling the hot glycol of mixture thereof between the panels 6 via thecirculator 3. The gate valves 5 and the pipes 12,13 are connected to the circuit of the heating means and the circulator 2 transmitting the heat to the heating elements. All the above constituent parts as well as cabling, thermostats, pressure gauge, control panel and materials required by Law for safe and right operation of the boiler are enclosed all together into an adequate shell making the whole system compact, and simple for installation, maintenance and periodical control. For maximum operation of the heating means (glycol or mixture thereof) with the smallest energy consumption, a vacuum of 28 mm Hg should be created, via a vacuum pump, before the boiler is connected to the heating bodies; this leads to the almost instant heating of the whole surface of the heating bodies 14 by the silicon resistances 7. |
