RAKE BRACKET ASSEMBLY OF STEERING CLOUMN FOR A VEHICLE

A rake bracket assembly of a steering column for a vehicle is provided to prevent tilting-up in vehicle collision by changing the shape and the structure of a slot and a rake bolt formed on a rake bracket and additionally employing a locking block. A rake bolt(20) rotates along a contact surface in a through hole of a locking block(30) if a tilting lever rotates counterclockwise. The rake bolts rotates at a predetermined angle in the range of 1 degree to 45 degrees. The tilting lever rotates at an angle in the range of 1 degree to 65 degrees. The locking block rotates if a rotation angle of the rake bolt is 45 degrees. A serration contacts with or is coupled to a serration unit(11b) of a rake bracket(11). A contact area between a body and the through hole is changed, so that a rotational angle of the locking block is changed as compared with an operational angle of the tilting lever.
