A coil-spring material bonded at a high temperature and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to maintain adhesion strength when melting a filler and a load at a high temperature. Load applied to a spring is calculated through a first equation based on a spring constant and spring displacement. The load applied to the spring is calculated through a second equation based on elasticity coefficient, a winding number, a thickness of a coil, and an outer diameter(D0,D1) and an inner diameter of a spring. A coil spring is manufactured by using machine such as a CNC according to a design rule of a cylindrical coil spring of KS B2400. The coil spring is manufactured by using graphite and molybdenum.
