A vibration generating device, a body stimulating device and a control method of a body stimulating device are provided to obtain a new vibration generating mechanism and to maximize the stimulation of a body through the provided vibration generating mechanism. A vibration generating device includes a first vibration generating unit(11), a second vibration generating unit(12), a microprocessor(14) and a power supply unit(15). The first vibration generating unit generates vibrating power for stimulating parts of a human body according to input signals. When a control signal is input through an input unit(13) that receives an action control signal, the microprocessor controls the action of the first and second vibration generating devices by performing the routine that corresponds to the control signal among the program routines that are previously stored.
