A pedestrian protecting stiffener assembly for a front end module in a vehicle is provided to increase the strength of a stiffener by injection-molding a side bracket through a hydroforming scheme using aluminum and to insert the stiffener into the side bracket. A side bracket(2) includes a pair of bracket bodies and a coupling bracket(5). The bracket bodies are mounted on two side surfaces of a front surface of a carrier. The coupling bracket protrudes from a lower portion of the bracket body so that a stiffener(8) and a bumper beam bracket are coupled to a lower portion of the coupling bracket. The coupling bracket includes a bracket body(5a) and upper and lower flanges(5b,5c). The upper flange is provided with an inner overlap flange(5d). The bracket body is provided with a bolt coupling hole.
