METHOD OF TRANSMITTING DATA USING A PLURALITY OF HARQ PROCESS CHANNEL SEQUENTIALLY

A method for transmitting data using a plurality of HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest) process channels sequentially is provided to improve usage efficiency of resources without increasing an overhead for a control signal by adding a signal which applies an offset to a synchronous HARQ process. A method for transmitting data using a plurality of HARQ process channels sequentially includes the steps of: determining whether an ACK/NACK is received from a receiving terminal for a k-th frame(S701); determining whether a pre-scheduled data exists(S702); performing an initializing operation of a variable number(S703); determining whether the ACK/NACK is received in a next frame of a corresponding frame(S704); if the ACK is received in a (k+i)th frame, allocating an HARQ process number of k module N number to a corresponding (k+i)th frame(S705); and allocating an HARQ process number of (k+i) module N number to a (k+N)th frame(S706).
