A folding bed device is provided to set up a size of a bed freely according to a size of a place in which the folding bed device is installed or the arrangement of the place. A folding bed device includes a mounting frame(11), a couple of pedestal maintaining members(13), a pedestal rod(14) and a bed(15). The mounting frame is installed on a wall surface and includes a rail(12) that is arranged horizontally. The pedestal maintaining members are able to move along the rail. The pedestal rod is pivotally sustained by the pedestal maintaining members. The bed is fixed on the pedestal rod, and is able to move with respect to the wall surface. The bed has a body(15a) and a protrusion portion(15b) that protrudes from one side of the body. The pedestal rod protrudes from the protrusion portion to both sides.
