发明名称 A METHOD FOR COATING SILVERING ON AEROGEL AND SILVER-COATED AEROGEL
摘要 A method for silvering an aerogel through a simple process without performing a separate aerogel reforming reaction is provided, a method for silvering the surface of the aerogel by reduction of silver ions is provided, and a silvered aerogel having excellent radiant heat-blocking properties and conductivity prepared by the same is provided. A method for silvering a surface of an aerogel comprises the steps of: reacting a wet gel with a silver ion solution comprising a silver compound and a reducing agent at a temperature of 30 to 100 deg.C for 10 minutes to 24 hours to reduce a silver ion(Ag^+) to silver(Ag); and recovering and drying the wet gel of which a surface is coated with the reduced silver. The drying step is performed by the ambient drying process or the supercritical drying process. The drying step is carried out after solvent replacement. The wet gel is prepared from tetraethoxysilane and/or tetramethoxysilane. The silver compound is at least one selected from the group consisting of silver nitrate(AgNO3), silver citrate, silver difluoride, silver chloride, silver iodide, silver bromide, silver sulfate, silver carbonate, silver cyanide, silver acetate, silver tetrafluoroborate, silver trifluoroacetate, silver benzoate, silver hexafluorophosphate, silver chromate, silver phosphate, silver thiocyanate, silver acetylacetonate, and silver pentafluoropropionate. The reducing agent is one or more selected from the group consisting of methylamine, ethylamine, propylamine, butylamine, pentylamine, aniline, 1,4-phenyldiamine, 4-bromoaniline, and 3-amino-1-propanol. Further, a concentration of the silver ion solution is 10^(-3) mM to 10 M.
