A pile-textile and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a wool effect by processing the fluff through a special loop pile, and to supply the high quality textile to the user by allowing an arbitrary color to the loop pile for fluff processing. A cylinder latch needle(310) is moved upwardly at the cutting pile knitting position. A pile thread(121) and a pile knot thread(122) are supplied on a dial hook needle(320) after moving upwardly the cylinder latch needle. After receiving the pile thread and the pile knot thread, the cylinder latch needle is moved downwardly, and knits the cutting pile. The cylinder latch needle is moved upwardly at the backside loop pile knitting position. An old roof is taken off to the lower direction of the cylinder latch needle in the process of rising. A singer pin(300) is backed up after taking off the old roof. The loop pile yarn(210) is supplied to the cylinder latch needle through the backing space. The singer pin goes ahead and forms the loop pile after supplying the loop pile yarn to the cylinder latch needle. The cylinder latch needle receives the textile piece thread(111) in the process of the falling down, and knits the textile piece. |
