A hydraulic control part structure of a portable hydraulic iron cutter is provided to confirm that a return valve is stably operated while accurate tension is maintained at one side of a piston by fitting a return valve at a hollow part of a piston and installing a hydraulic control part at one side of the piston. An iron cutter has a housing and a cylinder block. A hydraulic control part structure of a portable hydraulic iron cutter comprises a hydraulic control part(1). The hydraulic control part is installed at one side of a piston to operate a return valve stably. The hydraulic control part includes a plurality of compression spring inserting grooves(12) which are formed at one side of a piston(10), compression springs(19), a plurality of operation unit inserting grooves(13) formed between compression spring inserting grooves, operation units(20) whose one side is formed with repulsion spring inserting grooves(21), repulsion springs(22) which are inserted in the repulsion spring inserting grooves, and a return valve(30) which is fitted in a hollow part(11) of the piston. A projection(18) and an end protrusion(32) are formed at areas where the piston and the return valve are selectively contacted. |
