A method of manufacturing a shark cartilage extract containing fruit juice by adding fruit juice or extract to shark cartilage extract is provided to obtain a cartilage part beneficial to human body and the taste and flavor of fruit juice or extract. A shark cartilage extract containing fruit juice is prepared by mixing 10 to 40% by weight of shark cartilage extract and 60 to 90% by weight of fruit juice. The shark cartilage extract is obtained by mixing 30 to 60% by weight of shark cartilage and 40 to 70% by weight of water and extracting at 100deg.C for 18hr by using a steam-jacketed kettle. The fruit juice is orange juice, grape juice, apple juice, pine apple juice, strawberry juice, tomato juice, pear juice, peach juice, plum juice and the like. |
