<p>A method for manufacturing synthetic resin articles having a natural wood panel on the surface is provided to prevent split or breakage of the wood panel and to restrain deformation during a boring step or a synthetic resin bonding step, by attaching a double-sided adhesive tape on one surface of the natural wood panel. A method for manufacturing synthetic resin articles having a natural wood panel on the surface comprises the steps of: making a thin wood panel(1) forming patterns by annular rings(1a,1b) of the dense and soft texture, by slicing the natural wood selected from pine trees, willows, paulownia, teak, and rose trees, at 0.2~1.0mm, cutting the thin wood panel, and stabilizing the thin wood panel by attaching a heat-resistant detachable double-sided adhesive tape(2) on the outer surface, in order to prevent the thin wood panel from being split in the direction of grains, wherein the tape consists of a silicone adhesive and a heat-resistant adhesive; softening the wood by bringing the stabilized thin wood panel into contact with a piercing machine having plural needle-shaped projections or a press roller having projection units, and forming a fine hole or an uneven groove; combining and integrating synthetic resin to a joining surface of the wood panel; and separating the double-sided adhesive tape attached on the outer surface of the wood panel.</p> |
