An array substrate for an organic light emitting diode display is provided to reduce an IR(Internal Resistance) drop and an RC(Resistance-Capacitance) delay of an electrical signal applied from an outside by increasing a width of an auxiliary wire by utilizing a spare space formed on a substrate. An array substrate for an organic light emitting diode display includes a substrate(100), a plurality of organic light diode emitting display device(130), a first wire(300), a plurality of first auxiliary wires, a second wire(200), and a plurality of second auxiliary wires. The organic light emitting diode display devices have pads opposed to each other. The first wire is formed in a row direction or a column direction at an edge on the substrate. The first auxiliary wires are connected to the first wire and are connected to the light emitting diode display devices. The second wire is perpendicular to the first wire and is formed at the edge on the substrate. The second auxiliary wires are connected to the second wire and are commonly connected to the organic light emitting diode display devices. |
