METHOD AND APPARATUS OF ASSIGNING RESOURCES IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

A method and an apparatus for allocating resources in a wireless communication system are provided to transmit proper control information according to the HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat ReQuest) operation mode and type in a wireless terminal. A process for confirming good/badness of the received data is performed(S212). When the received data is bad, a process for allocating the resources for retransmitting is performed(S214). Thereafter, the re-transmission resources allocation information is transmitted(S215). The re-transmission resources are allocated at the time permitted by a system. When the received data is bad, the HARQ good/badness feedback information is transmitted according to the HARQ operation mode of a mobile terminal besides the re-transmission resources allocation information. The HARQ good/badness feedback information is marked in the re-transmission resources allocation information. The HARQ related control information such as an HARQ process identifier is included into the re-transmission resources allocation information.
