An arcing horn device is provided to improve use efficiency by serving as a jumper supporter for supporting a jumper line to connect a transmission line. A tower arm fixes one end of an insulator(11). Front and rear fixing plates(20,20a,20b,20c) are fixed to front and rear ends of the insulator respectively and have semi-circular openings formed at centers, receiving groove units formed at the insulator side to receive the insulator, semi-circular holes formed at upper end centers, insertion groove units formed at rear lower ends, and arcing bars(26) formed at lower parts of coupling holes. Front and rear interval adjusting bars(30,30a) adjust an interval between the front and rear fixing plates and have horizontal bars(31) inserted into the semi-circular holes of the front and rear fixing plates and stopping bars(32) in contact with outer front end surfaces of the front and rear fixing plates. A jumper line supporter(40) is fixed to a lower end of the rear fixing plate to support a jumper line elastically and has a fixing plate inserted into the insertion groove units of the front and rear fixing plates, a vertical tube(46) extended downward from a center of the fixing plate, an elastic bar(44) installed inside the vertical tube, a jumper line groove(43) formed at a lower end of the elastic bar to receive the jumper line, and hinge fixing units(41) installed at left and right sides of the jumper line groove to support the jumper line. |
