A bridge bearing equipped with a safety check-up system is provided to absorb torque and vertical load exerting on a bridge and check stress simultaneously. A bridge bearing equipped with a safety check-up system comprises an upper plate(10), a lower plate(20), a main shock absorbing member(30), sub shock absorbing balls(40,40a,40b,40c), and a manager terminal. The upper plate, which is fixed to the bottom of bridge girder by bolts(14) and anchor nuts, has first ball grooves(12,12a,12b,12c) at four corners and a first circular recess(11) at the center. The lower plate has second ball grooves(22,22a,22b,22c) at four corners and a second circular recess(21) at the center. The main shock absorbing member, which is mounted between the first and second recesses of the upper and lower plates, has a central through-hole(31) and connection holes(33). An extensile member(32), which is inserted in the central through-hole of the main shock absorbing member, has a corrugated part(32f) and a connection ring(32a). The connection ring is filled with antifreeze solution and provided with connection pipes protruded radially. The sub shock absorbing balls, which are mounted on the first and second ball grooves, are provided with a diagnosis operation member(42). |
