TIRE CARCASS PLY COATING RUBBER COMPOSITION

摘要

A tire carcass ply coating rubber composition is provided to improve air permeability resistance by applying a plate-like nano-hydrotalcite to raw material rubbers. A tire carcass ply coating rubber composition includes 100 parts by weight of raw material rubber and 1-50 parts by weight of plate-like nano-hydrotalcite. The raw material rubber comprises 50-70 parts by weight of styrene butadiene rubber and 30-50 parts by weight of natural rubber grafted with 0.01-10wt% of carboxyl groups. The raw material rubber further comprises 5-20 parts by weight of styrene butadiene rubber grafted with maleic anhydride.
