A method for manufacturing a binder by using nylon is provided to use polyamide with the high heat resistance property compared to polyprophylene, thereby preventing deformation due to the heat from generating. A resin is mixed with the stone powder with the particle size of 1000-5000 meshes so that a stone powder lump with the size of 2-5mm is manufactured(S100). Thereafter, the stone powder lump of 10-90 wt% and the polyamide of 10-90 wt% are inserted and mixed with a mixer(S110). Thereafter, the stone powder lump and the polyamide are mixed through the mixer and then the mixed materials is injected into a film extruder with high temperature so that a film with the constant surface and thickness is extruded(S120). The extruded film is supplied to a drawing machine so that the line density of the supplied extruded film is lowered and then the nylon yarn is manufactured(S130). Thereafter, the manufactured nylon yarn is wound by a constant length and then packaged(S140). |
