METHOD FOR EXTRACTING DOUBLE STRAIN RNA USING COLUMN

A method for extracting nucleic acids is provided to diagnose virus infection of a plant easily and rapidly by isolating virus nucleic acids only using a nucleic acid separation column and increase virus diagnosis precision using an extracted dsRNA(double-strain RNA) as a sense and an anti-sense primers during a reverse-transcription of RT-PCR. To extract nucleic acids, a nucleic acid separation column made by putting a filling, where a support, a nitrocellulose membrane and an O-ring are layered in sequence, in a column pipe and an STE buffer solution, where 15-18 wt.% of ethanol is added, are used, wherein the STE buffer solution is used to vacuum-wash the column.
