An engine mount integrated with a stopper is provided to reduce manufacturing cost according to reduced parts by projection forming an end of an elastic element formed integrally in an inner pipe. An engine mount integrated with a stopper comprises the followings: an inner pipe(5-1) connected to an engine and a transmission, and formed integrally with an elastic element(5-1-1) protruded at an end along an outer periphery, to limit movement of the engine and the transmission; a connector(5-3) connecting the engine and the transmission to the inner pipe; a bracket(5-5) fixed to a vehicle frame with a bolt, to limit movement of the elastic element installed in the inner pipe; and an outer pipe(5-7) inserted to the bracket, and formed with an elastic element(5-7-1) along an inner periphery, to limit movement of the engine and the transmission.
