#CMT# #/CMT# The system has an information panel (1) provided with an input/output system in a queue, a keyboard for access information for digital communications e.g. portable telephone, computer and personal digital assistant, and a distributor for distributing an operation ticket. A link e.g. wireless fidelity link is associated with a control panel (2) to accommodate the management system. A remote connection system (4) is connected to a display panel (3) to ensure communication of a progress report of the queue near to clients. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# System for physical management of queues to persons e.g. clients or patients for an administration, medical cabinet and restaurant. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The system permits the persons to follow the queues without constraints on appointment location, while being informed about the progress report of the queue. The system prevents substitution of actual waiting mode on the place and proposes an alternative mode for the person, who does not desires to wait on a place for appointment.
