<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method of forming a solar cell collector electrode, capable of forming finger electrodes and bus bar electrodes in accordance with electrode patterns 12, 13 on an concave portion formed on plate 11. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell collector electrode forming apparatus forms a plurality of finger electrodes for collecting light generating carriers and bus bar electrodes for collecting light generating carriers collected by the finger electrodes on a light incident surface of a photoelectric conversion section for generating light generating carriers based on incidence of light. The forming apparatus has a plate 11 having concave portions formed on the electrode patterns 12, 13 of the finger electrodes and the bus bar electrodes; a doctor blade 14 moving over the surface of the plate 11 to embed a conductive material 15 into the concave portion; and a transfer means for transferring the conductive material 15 embedded in the concave portion to the light incident surface of the photoelectric conversion section. When the doctor blade 14 moves over the surface of the plate 11, the doctor blade 14 obliquely crosses the long sides of the electrode patterns 12, 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
