<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic business form system allowing intake of a business form created in each terminal in a managing computer without individually customizing a business form creation means of each the terminal, and allowing batch management of the business form. <P>SOLUTION: In each the terminal 20, after a spool file creation means 25b creates a spool file for print and print management information of the business form, a first file conversion means 25c converts business form peculiar information of the business form inputted on a prescribed input screen, and the spool file for the print and the print management information of the business form into one PostScript file.
