<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for improving the security of an automobile by personal identification technique, which comparatively hardly causes "masquerading". <P>SOLUTION: A door body or a knob part is provided with a light emitting means for applying light rays to the fingers and an imaging means for detecting the applied transmitted light, reflected light and scattering light, and biological information peculiar to an individual is used to perform personal identification. In this door of an automobile, personal identification using a running pattern of a finger vein is taken in unlocking the door, whereby the security for theft crime prevention in the automobile can be heightened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
