<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production cost while surely providing components constituting a hybrid system and maintenance services over a long period of time, when applying hybrid technologies to a vehicle, such as, a specially-equipped vehicle that consumes a large amount of power with auxiliary machines. <P>SOLUTION: A first power line 20 is electrically connected to a power-generation inverter INV1. A second power line 21 is electrically connected to an output conversion part 11. The first power line 20 and the second power line 21 are electrically connected to a terminal 22 of a power storage part C11.
