PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic induction type converter which improves conversion efficiency between kinetic energy and electrical energy. SOLUTION: The electrostatic induction type power generator (electrostatic induction type converter) 300 includes a fixed board 320 having current collection electrodes 321 and 322, and a movable board 310 having an electret member 312. The movable board 310 and the fixed board 320 are provided so that they are mutually opposed with an interval, and are constituted so that they are relatively movable each other.
